针刺联合中频电刺激治疗脊髓损伤性尿潴留临床分析

目的 分析针刺联合中频电刺激治疗脊髓损伤性尿潴留的临床效果.方法 选取在我院治疗的63例脊髓损伤性尿潴留患者为研究对象,随机分为三组,针刺组、电刺激组、联合组,每组各21例,所有患者都按规定饮水并配合间歇性导尿,此外针刺组在患者的阴陵泉穴、气海穴、阴交穴、 水道穴、 归来穴、关元穴进行针刺治疗.电刺激组对患者给予中频电刺激治疗.联合组采用针刺治疗和中频电刺激治疗的联合治疗法.所有患者持续治疗3周,比较三组患者治疗前后的膀胱功能评分及治疗效果.结果 三组患者在治疗后膀胱功能评分都有明显改善,较治疗前差异显著（P〈0.05）.联合组患者膀胱功能评分和治疗有效率明显优于其他两组,差异明显（P〈0.05）.结论 在饮水管理和间歇性导尿的基础上,采用针刺联合中频电刺激治疗脊髓损伤性尿潴留患者效果显著,值得在临床上推广.

Objective To analyze the intermediate frequency electrical stimulation therapy combined with acupuncture clinical effects of spinal cord injury of urinary retention. Methods in our hospital treated 63 cases of urinary retention in patients with bone marrow injury for the study were randomly divided into three groups, group acupuncture, electrical stimulation and combination groups, each group 21 cases, all patients were required to drink and with intermittent catheterization, in addition to the acupuncture group in the patient’s Yin Ling Quan points, air sea cave, vaginal hole, water hole, return points, Guanyuan acupuncture adjuvant therapy. Electrical stimulation for patients supplemented medium frequency electrical stimulation therapy. Joint group with acupuncture and intermediate frequency electrical stimulation therapy combination therapy. All patients continued treatment for 3 weeks, and bladder function scores before and after treatment comparison of three groups of patients. Three groups of patients after treatment of bladder function scores have improved significantly, the first significant difference （P 〈0.05） than before treatment. Treatment of patients with bladder function score and joint group was significantly better than the other two groups, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of water management and intermittent catheterization based on the use of acupuncture combined with medium frequency electrical stimulation treatment of spinal cord injury patients with urinary retention effect is significant, it is worth in clinical practice.
