精细化管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用价值评价

目的：探讨分析精细化管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果.方法：我院于2015年1月 -2016年1月将精细化管理模式引入神经内科护理管理工作中,比较实施精细化管理前后患者生活质量改善情况、并发症发生率及护理意外事件发生率.结果：实施精细化管理后,护理人员的服务态度、健康教育、操作技术明显高于实施前,两组数据对比差异显著,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义,对照组意外事件发生率为13.3%,并发症发生率为10.0%,观察组意外事件发生率为0,并发症发生率为1.7%.两组数据对比差异显著,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义.结论：将精细化管理应用于神经内科护理管理中,可提高患者生活质量,降低护理意外事件发生率,值得临床广泛推广.

objective：Fine management are discussed in the application of nerve internal medicine nursing management effect. Method：Our hospital in January 2015 - January 2016 will be the elaborating management model introduced nerve internal medicine nursing management, compare the patients’ quality of life before and after the implement of fine management to improve the situation, the incidence of complications and nursing accidents incidence. Result：After the implement of fine management, service attitude of nurses and significantly higher than before carrying out health education, the operation technology, significant difference was found in two groups of data comparison, P 〈 0.05, statistically significant, the control group accident incidence was 13.3%, the incidence of complications was 10.0%, the observation group accident rate is zero, the incidence of complications was 1.7%. Significant difference was found in two groups of data comparison, P 〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion：Applying the elaborating management to nerve internal medicine nursing management, can improve the patients quality of life, reduce the incidence of nursing accidents, worth clinical popularizing widely.
