分析供应室护理人员职业暴露的现状

目的：本文就供应室护理人员职业暴露的现状进行分析, 并提出相应的防护措施. 方法 ：对我院供应室2015年1月--2015年12月期间的护理人员职业暴露情况进行调查,统计各危险因素的发生次数.结果：供应室护理人员的职业暴露危险因素包括化学因素、物理因素、生物因素以及社会心理因素,其中有利器刺伤34次,紫外线30次,噪音28次,烫伤15次,污染血液12次,化学消毒剂10次.结论：针对供应室护理人员职业暴露的危险因素,应实施相应的防护对策,使护理人员的日常工作更具安全性.

Objective： in this paper, the status quo of supply room nurses occupational exposure is analyzed, and corresponding protection measures are put forward. Methods： our hospital supply room during January 2015 - December 2015 nursing staff occupational exposure of investigation, statistics of various risk factors. Results： the supply room nurses’ occupational exposure risk factors including chemical factor, physics factor, biological factors and social psychological factors, including the sharp stabbing 34 times, 30 times, uv noise 28 times, burns, 15 contaminated blood 12 times, chemical disinfectants 10 times. Conclusion： in view of the supply room nurses occupational exposure risk factors, the corresponding protective measures should be implemented, make the nursing staff’s daily work more safety.
