摘要
目的 探讨脂联素rs1063539和rs3821799与广东地区2型糖尿病的相关性. 方法 收集广医附二院收治的新发单纯T2DM患者180例为病例组, 体检健康人群192例为对照组,比较两组脂联素 rs1063539位点(A/T)、rs3821799位点(A /G)基因型的分布频率,并作 logistic 回归分析. 结果 rs1063539和 rs3821799位点基因型频率已达遗传平衡,具有群体代表性;rs1063539 基因型的分布频率差异具有统计学意义(p〈0.05),rs3821799 基因型的分布频率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).病例组 rs1063539 各基因型对应的 TG 存在显著差异(P 值分别为 0.04、0.01),病例组 rs3821799 各基因型对应的生化指标无统计学差异(P〉0.05).结论 rs1063539 病例组与对照组的基因型有显著差异,提示 rs1063539多态性可能与 T2DM 相关,GC 基因型者具有较高的T2DM 易感性.脂联素 rs3821799基因型可能与广东地区T2DM 的发生无相关性.
Objective To explore the relationship between adiponectin rs1477341, rs3219175 and type2 diabetes mellitus in Guangdong.Methods Comparing the patients of 180 cases of newly diagnosed T2DM in the Second Affiliated Hospital of GuangZhou Medical University with the control group using cont-emporaneous 192 subjects from physical examination.Comparing the distribution frequency of adiponectin rs1063539 locus A/T、rs3821799 locus A/G between the patient group and the control group, and then make a logistic regression analysis. Results The frequency of the rs10635391,rs3821799 locus genotype were in line with Hardy-Weinberg balance, so it could be researched as represent the group samples. The difference of the frequency distribution of rs10635391 genotype between patient group and control group had statistical significance(P〈0.05).The difference of the frequency distribution of rs3821799 genotype between patient group and control group had no statistical significance(P〉0.05).The rs1063539 genotype of control group corresponding biochemical indicators indexed that triglycerides (TG) h ad statistical difference (P=0.04,0.01,respectively). The rs3821799 genotype of control group corresponding biochemical indicators had no statistical difference (P〉0.05).Conclusion Our findings suggest that rs1063539 genotype has correlation with T2DM in Guangdong and GC may have a higher susceptibility to type 2 diabetes.Our findings suggest that adiponectin rs3821799 genotype has no correlation with T2DM in Guangdong.
