摘要
目的:探讨腰椎压缩性骨折采取 C 型臂 X 线机透视导航下使用微创经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗的效果.方法:选择我院2014年6月 -2015年12月接诊的腰椎压缩性骨折患者19例进行研究,纳入研究的患者无移位或仅有轻微移位,自愿接受本次研究,均在 X 型臂 X 线机导航下使用微创经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗.结果:本次研究共计19例患者均手术治疗成功,术后3-7d 患者康复出院,出院时10例疼痛完全缓解、9例疼痛显著缓解;手术期间,所有患者无脊髓压迫、神经损伤、感染及肺栓塞等并发症发生,也无相邻椎体骨折等;术前病椎前缘高度压缩均值 24.92±4.15mm,术后则为 14.27±4.16mm,比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);所有患者均进行半年以上随访,显示伤口均Ⅰ期愈合.结论:腰椎压缩性骨折采取微创经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗若能于C型臂X线机透视导航下处理,有着微创、安全及疗效明显等优势,促进骨折肢体功能康复,值得借鉴.
objective: to study the lumbar vertebral compression fractures take C arm X-ray machine under the perspective of navigation using convex keratoplasty after minimally invasive percutaneous vertebral body treatment effect. Methods: our hospital on June 6, 2014 - December 2015 departments of 19 patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures, included in the study of patients without shift or only slight shift, voluntarily accept the study, both under the arm X X-ray machine navigation using convex for treatment after minimally invasive percutaneous vertebral body. Results: the study of surgery successful in all 19 cases, postoperative patients recovered from 3 to 7 d, 10 cases of complete pain relief during discharge, 9 cases of significant pain relief; During the operation, all patients without spinal cord compression, nerve injury, infection and complications, such as pulmonary embolism or adjacent vertebral fracture, etc.; Preoperative disease highly compressed vertebral front average 24.92 + / - 4.15 mm, 14.27 + / - 4.16 mm, after compare the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); All patients were more than six months of follow-up, display Ⅰ healing wounds. Conclusion: lumbar vertebral compression fractures treated with convex keratoplasty after minimally invasive percutaneous vertebral body if can in the C arm X-ray machine under the perspective of navigation, a minimally invasive, safety and efficacy of obvious advantages, promote the fractured limb function rehabilitation, is worth using for reference.
