小儿疝气行小切口微创手术治疗的疗效及对并发症产生的影响探讨

目的：探讨小儿疝气行小切口微创手术治疗的疗效及对并发症产生的影响.方法：选取我院2015年1月至2016年1月接治的80例小儿疝气患儿作为研究对象,分析小儿疝气行小切口微创手术治疗的效果.结果：研究组患儿治疗效果优于常规组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：疝气患儿行微创手术治疗,创伤小、并发症少且恢复快,值得积极推广运用.

objective： to study the line of small incision minimally invasive surgical treatment of pediatric hernia curative effect and the influence on complications. Methods： select our hospital January 2015 to 2016 January received treatment of 80 cases of children hernia patients as the research object, analysis of children colic underwent small incision minimally invasive surgical treatment effect. Results： the treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the hernia role of minimally invasive surgery, little trauma, less complications and quick recovery, to actively promote use.
