环磷腺苷葡胺联合培哚普利应用于慢性心力衰竭的治疗效果研究

目的：探究环磷腺苷葡胺联合培哚普利应用于慢性心力衰竭的治疗效果. 方法：以我院于2015年1月至2015年12月收治的128例慢性心力衰竭患者作为本次的研究对象,将其随机分配,分为观察组和对照组两组,每组64例.对照组患者采取常规治疗手段,应用培哚普利3-6mg·d-1,,以及给予强心剂药物进行治疗;观察组患者在此基础上额外应用注射环磷腺苷葡胺100-150mg·d-1进行治疗,在治疗过程结束后,对两组患者的左心室射血分数、左心室舒张半径、心输出量和患者治疗前后的心功能几个方面进行数据分析,探究治疗效果.结果：通过本次研究,发现在左心室射血分数、左心室舒张半径、心输出量三项指标上,两组治疗前差距不明显,但是采取不同的治疗方法后,观察组的数据都要明显优于对照组患者;在临床疗效的对比上, 观察组中总有效率达到了95.3%, 也远远高于对照组的79.7%, 两组患者各项数据对比差异十分显著, 具有统计学意义 （P〈0.05） .结论：通过研究发现,环磷腺苷葡胺联合培哚普利在治疗慢性心力衰竭患者方面具有显著的疗效,具有重要的临床价值,可以被广泛运用于今后的治疗过程中,提升治疗水平,促进医疗事业发展.
