呼吸科危重症患者护理风险管理的应用研究

目的 调查分析风险管理在呼吸科危重症患者护理过程中的应用情况.方法 选取自2014年5月至2015年5月间在我院呼吸科进行治疗的重症监护患者182例作为研究对象,将所有182例患者回忆性分为两组,对照组患者采取常规护理模式,风险管理组患者开展风险管理模式护理,主要内容包括护理风险评估、风险管理培训、建立风险管理预案、个性化风险管理方案及康复计划、出院康复指导和风险管理效果评估.结果 风险管理组患者非计划性拔管及意外事件总发生率与对照组相比较差异显著（p〈0.05）,风险管理组患者护理结束后护理纠纷、护理投诉、护理缺陷情况、平均满意度评分及总体满意率与对照组相比较差异均显著（p〈0.05）.结论 采取护理风险管理对于呼吸科危重症患者护理效果具有明显的提高.

Objective Investigation of risk management in the critically ill patient care respiratory medicine in the process of application. Methods Select between May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital respiratory department for treatment of intensive care patients with 182 cases for the study, all the 182 cases of patients were divided into the two groups from memories,the control group of patients taking conventional model of care, risk management group of patients to conduct risk management models of care, including nursing major risk assessment, risk management training, the establishment of risk management plans, risk management solutions and personalized rehabilitation program, rehabilitation guidance discharged impact assessment and risk management. Results Risk management patients unplanned extubation and accidents overall incidence of the control group with significant difference （p 〈0.05）, after the end of patient care risk management group nursing disputes, nursing complaints, nursing defects, the average satisfaction score and the overall satisfaction rate compared with the control group differences were significant （p 〈0.05）. Conclusion Take care of risk management for the effect of Respiratory Critical Care patients have significantly improved.
