合并糖尿病颈部脓肿患者的护理

目的：对合并糖尿病颈部脓肿患者的护理方法进行分析.方法：回顾分析医院收治的糖尿病合并颈部脓肿患者26例,给予针对性的治疗与综合护理方法,对治疗与护理后患者疾病改善情况分析.结果：护理后26例患者均痊愈出院,且于术后半年随访,血糖控制较好,未出现颈部脓肿情况.结论：糖尿病患者出现颈部脓肿问题后,应给予切开引流术与药物治疗方法,并辅以综合护理措施,对治疗效果的提高以及并发症的控制可发挥重要作用.

Objective：to analyze the nursing approachs of patients with neck abscess in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods：retrospective analysis of 26 cases of diabetic patients with neck abscess in the hospital,to give targeted treatment and comprehensive nursing approachs,the treatment and nursing care of patients with disease improvement.Results：after nursing,26 patients were cured and discharged from the hospital,and the blood glucose control was better in the second half of the year.Conclusion：diabetic patients should be given neck abscess after incision and drainage and drug treatment,supplemented by comprehensive nursing measures,the control of the treatment effect and improve complications may play an important role.
