心理护理在减轻耳鼻喉部手术术后疼痛程度的应用体会

目的：分析心理护理在减轻耳鼻喉部手术术后疼痛程度的应用.方法：选择我院2014年5月-2015年4月之间收治的125例耳鼻喉部手术患者作为观察对象,根据患者的病历号尾数的奇偶分为实验组65例与参比组60例.参比组患者给予常规的护理干预;实验中患者在此基础上加强心理护理.对两组护理后的疼痛情况进行调查、探究护理满意度结果.结果：实验组患者疼痛发生率低于参比组,且疼痛程度也区别于参照组,差异具有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）;实验组患者的护理满意度也高于参比组,差异同样具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：心理护理在减轻耳鼻喉部手术术后疼痛程度中具有较高的应用价值,同时能够改善护理满意度,值得研究推广.
