护理干预对预防高血脂症性胰腺炎复发的效果评价

目的：评价护理干预对预防高血脂症性胰腺炎复发的效果. 方法：选取2015年1月～2016年1月期间我院收治的150例高血脂症性胰腺炎患者为研究对象, 随机分两组,各75例,其中常规组给予常规护理,干预组给予护理干预,对比两组患者护理效果.结果：干预组的依从率、复发率均优于常规组,差异显著（P〈0.05）;干预组的血清甘油三酯、护理满意度均优于常规组,差异显著（P〈0.05）.结论：高血脂症性胰腺炎患者经护理干预,提高了其配合度,预防了疾病复发,值得临床推广.

Objective： To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on prevention of recurrence of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis. Methods： One hundred and fifty patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, 75 cases in each group. Routine nursing was given to the patients in the routine group and the patients in the intervention group Intervention, compared the two groups of patients with care outcomings. Results： The compliance rate and recurrence rate of the intervention group were superior to the conventional group, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. The serum triglyceride and nursing satisfaction of the intervention group were better than those of the conventional group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The nursing intervention of patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis has improved their coordination degree and prevented the recurrence of the disease, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
