石家庄市四级精神疾病防治网络及资源的运行现状分析

目的 对石家庄市四级精神疾病防治网络的运行情况进行调查分析,找出问题和不足,探讨解决对策.方法 自行设计调查表,对全市市、县、乡、村四级精神疾病防治网络建立及运行情况进行摸底调查.结果 石家庄市重性精神疾病防治网络框架已基本成型,但精防人员多身兼数职且专业知识匮乏,精神卫生医疗资源紧缺,重性精神疾病管理质量不高.结论 政府应提高对重性精神疾病防治工作的重视程度,进一步规范石家庄市四级精神疾病防治网络建设,加大对精神卫生工作的投入力度.

Objective]Analyse the situation of the four levels of mental diseases prevention and treatment network in Shijiazhuang to identify problems and shortcomings, and to explore solutions.[methods]Investigate the establishment of the four levels that city-county-township-village of mental diseases prevention and treatment network by self-designed questionnaire.[results]A major mental illness prevention network framework in Shijiazhuang has been basically formed, but most of the workers were ultitaskers with poor professional knowledge and high mobility.[conclusion]The government should increase the degree of attention to prevention of serious mental illness, to further standardize the construction control network of four levels of mental illness,especially strengthening the base construction, and increase investment in mental health work.
