摘要
目的研究探讨腹腔镜胃癌根治术术中持续循环腹腔内热灌注化疗对静吸复合麻醉中顺式阿曲库铵用量和作用时间的影响。方法方便选取在该院收治的胃癌患者101例作为研究对象,所有患者均行腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗,并给予静吸复合麻醉,将其按照术中是否给予持续循环腹腔内热灌注化疗分为两组,观察组和对照组各有51例和50例,分别比较两组患者麻醉时的顺式阿曲库铵用量、作用时间。结果分别对两组患者静吸复合麻醉过程中顺式阿曲库铵的使用量、作用时间进行比较,可见观察组患者的使用量显著升高,而TOFr75和TOFr90与对照组相比显著缩短,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胃癌根治术术中给予持续循环腹腔内热灌注化疗能显著提高顺式阿曲库铵的使用量,且由于代谢速度的加快,且对患者的作用时间明显缩短。
Objective To study the effects of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer surgery a continuous cycle of intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy on CIS atracurium dosage and time effects of inhalational combined intravenous anesthesia. Methods Convenient selected in 101 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital as the object of study, all patients underwent laparoscopic gastric cancer radical operation in the treatment of, and to give intravenous inhalation anesthesia, the according to operation whether to give continuous cyclic peritoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy were divided into two groups, observation group and control group each 50 patients and 51 patients, anesthesia were compared between the two groups of Shun A-type atracurium dosage, action time. Results Of t wo groups of patients with static ceiling anesthesia process CIS atracurium the use amount and reaction time were compared, visible observation group increased significantly, and TOFr75 and TOFr90 and control group is significantly reduced compared, there were statistically significant differences(P 〈0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for gastric cancer radical surgery in given continuous cycle of intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy can significantly improve shun the use amount of the type of atracurium and due to speed up the metabolic rate and duration of patients with shortened significantly.
