借鉴以色列经验促进高校科技成果转化

我国高校技术转化有广阔的发展提升空间。结合我国国情和高校体制的实际,上海高校可从"专业化、模块化、平台化、品牌化"4个方面加以改进:一是优化技术转化模式,加强专业化建设;二是实施技术转化模块化管理,整合优化技术转化团队;三是加强技术转化平台建设,扩大技术转化面向;四是立足长远发展,逐步建立技术转化品牌。

The technological transformation of universities in our country has a vast development space. Combined with the actual situation of our country and the system of colleges, and univeisitiea; colleges and universities in Shanghai can be improved from four aspects of ＂ specialization, modularization, platform and brand＂ ： The first is to further optimize the technical transformation model＊ to strengthen the cdnstruction of speeialized. The, second is the implementation of the transformation of the modular technology management, integration and optimization of technical transformation team. The third is to strengthen the construction of technical transformation platform, to expand the technical transformation. The fourth is based on long-term development, and gradually establish a brand of technology transformation.
