摘要
建立了空心充钠气门内部腔体的VOF多相流分析数值模型,并利用该模型分别对空心头和空心杆两种气门腔体中填充的50%冷却介质的振荡传热进行了数值模拟,分析了空心气门腔体内冷却介质的冷却状况和空心头部直径变化对传热性能的影响。结果表明:空心头气门的传热效果优于空心杆气门;空心头气门腔体的振荡传热平均传热系数随着空心头部直径的增大呈先升高后下降的趋势。
A VOF multiphase flow analysis model for the inner cavity of sodium filled hollow valves is established,with which a numerical simulation is conducted on the oscillating heat transfer of both head-shaped and rod-shaped hollow valves filled with 50% volume of cooling medium,and the influences of cooling condition and hollow head diameter on heat transfer performance are analyzed. The results show that the heat transfer effect of head-shaped hollow valve is better than that of rod-shaped hollow valve,and for head-shaped hollow valve,with the increase of the diameter of hollow head,the change of average oscillating heat transfer coefficient exhibits a tendency of rise first and then fall.
