摘要
由于客观事物的复杂性及人类思维的模糊性,专家往往喜欢用三角模糊数来表达偏好关系。本文提出一种基于三角模糊数互反判断矩阵的方案排序新方法,应用于高校科研项目评估中,说明此方法的有效性。
Due to the complexity of objective reality and the vagueness of human thinking,experts often like to use triangular fuzzy numbers to express preference relations. A new method of ranking alternatives based on triangular fuzzy reciprocal preference relations is proposed. Then it is applied to evaluate the research projects of colleges and universities,and the effectiveness is verified.
