摘要
室温下,分别用不同浓度的2,2'-联苯二酸和1,2,4,5-苯四酸作为调控剂合成BaCO_3晶体,通过XRD、FT-IR和SEM等表征测试结果来研究不同结构和浓度的羧酸对BaCO_3晶型和形貌的影响。结果表明,羧酸的加入对BaCO_3晶型没有影响,均为正交晶系文石结构,但羧酸的结构和浓度对BaCO_3的形貌产生较大的影响,此外并对羧酸形貌控制机理进行了初步的探讨。
At room temperature,different content 2,2'-biphenyldicarboxylic acid( bpdca) and 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid(btca)were respectively used as morphology adjusting reagents to synthesize BaCO3 crystals in liquid phase system. Physical performances of products prepared were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The results showed that the adding of two kinds of carboxylic acids don't influence the crystal structure of BaCO3,all belonging to the orthorhombic crystal system.Yet the structures and concentrations of carboxylic acids have noteworthy effects on the morphology of BaCO3 crystals.The controlling mechanism of carboxylic on the morphology of barium carbonate was also discussed preliminarily.
