糖脂代谢异常与阿尔茨海默病发病率的相关性

目的探讨糖脂代谢异常与阿尔茨海默病发病率的相关性。方法选取2014年5月至2016年5月我院收治的45例阿尔茨海默病患者为观察组,选择同期45例健康体检人员为对照组,分别对两组受检者开展血糖、血脂等相关检查,以明确糖脂代谢对疾病发病的影响。结果两组患者的空腹血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、甘油三酯及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿尔茨海默病与糖脂代谢具有密切相关性,糖脂代谢异常会加剧阿尔茨海默病发病,合理调节血糖与血脂对疾病预防有确切作用。

Objective To explore the relationship between metabolic disorder of blood glucose and lipid with incidence of Alzheimer.Methods Forty-five patients with Alzheimer treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the observation group.At the same time,45 cases of healthy physical examination personnel were selected as the control group.The blood glucose and the lipids were detected in the two groups respectively,in order to clear the influence on glucose and lipid metabolism in Alzheimer＇s disease.Results The fasting blood glucose,insulin resistance index,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol of the two groups had statistically significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Alzheimer is closely related to glucose and lipid metabolism,and abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism will promote the occurrence of Alzheimer.Reasonable regulation of blood glucose and blood lipid has a definite effect on disease prevention.
