高原地区新生儿出生体重与Apgar评分的关系分析

Analysis of the relationship between birth weight and Apgar score of neonates in high altitude area

目的分析高原地区新生儿出生体重与Apgar评分的关系。方法选取我院2014年1月至2015年1月住院分娩的390例活产新生儿为研究对象,统计新生儿Apgar评分与新生儿出生体重、新生儿性别、孕母年龄、孕周等的关系,分析高原地区新生儿Apgar评分的影响因素。结果新生儿性别及分娩方式对其Apgar评分无影响(P>0.05)。低出生体重及巨大儿Apgar评分低于正常出生体重新生儿;孕母随年龄增加,其新生儿Apgar评分降低;孕周为<37周的新生儿其Apgar评分低于孕周≥37周者,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿Apgar评分与新生儿出生体重、孕母年龄及孕周关系密切,应加强孕期保健。

Objective To analyze the relationship between neonatal birth weight and Apgar score in the high altitude area.Methods A total of 390 cases of live births in our hospital from January2014 to January 2015 were chosen as the object for this study.The neonatal Apgar score and neonatal birth weight,neonatal sex,gestational maternal age and gestational age were studied and influence factors of plateau region of neonatal Apgar score were analyzed.Results There was no difference of neonatal sex and delivery mode on the Apgar score（P〉0.05）.Apgar score in low birth weight and macrosomia were both lower than that in normal birth weight infants.With the increasing of the pregnancy age,the Apgar score reduced.The neonatal Apgar score of gestational age〈37weeks were lower than those≥37weeks＇.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The neonatal Apgar score is closely related to the birth weight,maternal age and gestational age,the health care should be strengthen in pregnancy.
