HSP27在胃印戒细胞癌组织中的表达及其与β-catenin和Vimentin的关系

Expression of HSP27 in Signet-ring cell carcinoma of the stomach and its correlation with β-catenin and Vimentin

目的:检测热休克蛋白27(HSP27)、β-连接素(β-catenin)及波形蛋白(Vimentin)在胃印戒细胞癌中的表达,并分析三者之间的关系。方法:选取70例胃镜活检组织,包括印戒细胞癌(SRCC)30例,低分化腺癌30例,黏膜慢性炎症10例。免疫组化检测HSP27、β-catenin及Vimentin蛋白的表达。结果:印戒细胞癌HSP27表达率及β-catenin异位表达率分别为80%、40%,与低分化腺癌(53.3%、66.7%)比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。印戒细胞癌中HSP27与β-catenin异位表达率间存在负相关(P<0.05)。印戒细胞癌β-catenin正常表达率(46.7%)与低分化腺癌(23.3%)之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与HSP27表达无相关性(P>0.05)。印戒细胞癌Vimentin表达率(33.3%)与低分化腺癌(53.3%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),并与β-catenin的异位表达及HSP27之间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:HSP27、β-catenin及Vimentin在印戒细胞癌及低分化腺癌中均有不同程度的异常表达。印戒细胞癌HSP27的表达显著高于低分化腺癌,而β-catenin的异位表达显著低于低分化腺癌,并且Vimentin的表达率与低分化腺癌比较,处于较低水平。在印戒细胞癌及低分化腺癌中,三者的表达差异可能与肿瘤的不同生物学行为有关。

Objective： To discuss the expression of HSP27 and its correlation with β- catenin and Vimentin in Signet- ring cell carcinoma（ SRCC） of the stomach. Methods： To choose 70 samples of gastroscopic biopsies,including 30 SRCC,30 poor differentiated adenocarcinoma and 10 chronic gastritis. Expression of HSP27,β- catenin and Vimentin was detected in paraffin- embedded specimens using immunohistochemical method. Results： Expression of HSP27 and Ectopic expression of β- catenin in SRCC were 80% and 40%,there were significantly differences with poor differentiated adenocarcinoma（ P〉0. 05）,and there was a negative correlation between HSP27 and Ectopic expression of β- catenin（ P〈0. 05）. The rate of normal expression of β- catenin were 46. 7% and 23. 3% in SRCC and poor differentiated adenocarcinoma,there were no significantly differences between them（ P〉0. 05）. And there was no correlation between HSP2 7 and normal expression of β- catenin. The rates of expression of Vimentin were 33. 3% and 53. 3% in SRCC and poor differentiated adenocarcinoma,there were no significantly differences between them（ P〉0. 05）,and there was no correlation with HSP27 and β- catenin（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： HSP27,β- catenin and Vimentin protein all have abnormal expression in SRCC and poor differentiated adenocarcinoma.HSP27 protein expression in SRCC is higher than poor differentiated adenocarcinoma,but the rate of abnormal expression of β- catenin and Vimentin protein is lower than poor differentiated adenocarcinoma. HSP27,β- catenin and Vimentin may be involved in the difference biological behaviour between SRCC and poor differentiated adenocarcinoma.
