肿瘤血管生成拟态研究的希望与挑战 被引量:6

摘要 血液供应是肿瘤生长和转移的必要条件,已报道的肿瘤血液供应模式中,VM作为一种崭新的肿瘤微循环模式,参与多种恶性肿瘤的生长、侵袭和转移,是恶性肿瘤患者预后不良的一个独立的标志物。VM可能是一个潜在的肿瘤治疗新靶点,但其形成的分子机制仍不清楚,以下两个问题一直伴随着对VM的研究:VM形成的具体机制、VM是如何影响肿瘤的生长、转移和浸润的。本文就近年来VM的研究进展做一综述,探讨当前研究中存在的问题,展望未来的发展方向。 Tumors need to develop blood vessels to supply oxygen and nutrients in order to grow and spread. It has been reported three tumor blood supply vessels pathway: endothelial- depended vessel,vascular mosaic and vascular mimicry( VM). VM as a new tumor microcirculation method involved in a variety of malignant tumor growth,invasion and metastasis,and an independent predictor of markers of poor prognosis in cancer patients. VM may be a potentially important new target for cancer treatment,but the molecular mechanism of VM formation remains unclear. This review summarizes recent updates in molecular mechanisms of VM.
