摘要
结直肠癌是世界范围内最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其复发和转移是导致病人死亡的重要原因。上皮-间质转化(EMT)是指上皮细胞转化为具有间质表型细胞的生物学过程,在多种类型肿瘤的原位浸润和远处转移扮演重要角色。MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类内源性非编码小RNA,在转录后水平调控基因的表达,越来越多的研究发现miRNA可参与调控EMT的过程,从而影响肿瘤的侵袭及转移。本文就与结直肠癌EMT密切相关的miRNA的研究进展做一综述。
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignancies worldwide,recurrence and metastasis are the major reasons causing deaths. Epithelial- mesenchymal transition( EMT) refers to the biological processes that epithelial cells transform to mesenchymal phenotype cells,which plays an important role in in situ infiltration and distant metastasis of many types of tumor. MicroRNA( miRNA) is a class of non- coding small endogenous RNA,which can regulate gene expression at the post- transcriptional level. Increasing researches demonstrate that miRNA can involve in the regulation of EMT process,thereby affecting the invasion and metastasis of tumors.
