总氮是控制水体质量的重要指标之一。该文在大量学者研究的基础上,对实际总氮检测的主要影响因素,如悬浮物含量、样品保存方式、消解时间及冷却时间等,进行了对比分析试验,为提高水体总氮测定的准确度和精密度提出了相应的建议和措施。

Total nitrogen is one of the most important indices for controlling water quality. Based on the previous approaches and researches by many scholars,this paper examined and discussed the main influencing factors for the determination of total nitrogen in actual water samples,such as suspended solid content,preservation mode,digestion time and cooling time. Suggestions and methods to improve the accuracy and precision for the total nitrogen determination in water were proposed as well.
