摘要
该文综合运用形态学和分子生物学手段,对2015年长江入海口某水域优势藻种进行鉴定分析,结果显示:该优势藻种形态上呈现近盐骨条藻(Skeletonema subsalsum)大部分特征,自然样、分离样与近盐骨条藻18S rDNA序列相似度分别达99%、100%。鉴于现有分析,建议在生态学研究中将该优势种定为近盐骨条藻(Skeletonema subsalsum),咸淡水种,硅质化程度较低。
This paper introduces that some kind of algae which is dominant in the region of Yangtze River Estuary is identified by means of morphology and molecular biology methods. Results show that the algae owns most of the micro-morphological characteristics with Skeletonema subsalsum, and the similarity of 18S rDNA sequence is 99% , 100% respectively between natural environmental sample and separated sample of Skeletonema subsalsum. Based on the existed analysis, the dominant algae is determined to be Skeletonema subsalsum which is one kind of brackish-water algae, and the siliceous mineralization degree is low.
