摘要
以污泥为原始菌源,氯霉素为唯一碳源,经过10代驯化,筛选出高效的氯霉素降解混合菌,进一步对其降解条件进行研究.结果表明,经过驯化的氯霉素降解菌耐受高浓度氯霉素,在底物浓度为200mg/L时,72h的降解率为99.69%;降解菌对溶氧的要求不高,静置培养72h,降解率为99.10%;0-35℃为其最佳培养温度,30℃下培养72h,降解率达到99.96%;在PH为7.0-9.0的范围内,降解菌降解效率均达到99%以上.
An aerobic mixed culture was enriched from sludge samples with chloramphenicol ( CAP) as the sole carbon source. Effective CAP-mixed degrading strain was screened after the domestication procedure was repeated for 10 times and a further study was conducted on its degradation conditions. Results indicate that the domesticated CAP degrading strain can resist CAP of high concentration. The degradation rate is 99. 69% with the initial concentration of 200 mg/L in 72 h. The degrading mixed culture is not sensitive to dissolved oxygen, when culturing for 72 h, the degradation rate is 99. 10%. The best temperature for the mixed culture’s growth is 30-35 ℃.When domesticated for 72 h under a temperature of 30 ℃, the degradation rate is 99 .96% . Within the pH range of 7.0 - 9. 0,the degradation rate of the mixed degrading strain is above 99%.
