简要回顾南京大学图书馆近几年的建设成就,分析所面临的形势,提出"十三五"时期建设总体目标与总体思路,明确主要任务和实施举措,包括馆藏发展,教学与科研的支撑与保障,信息基础设施建设,图书馆空间再造,馆员发展,合作、协作与交流六个方面的任务。提出"十三五"时期的三项重大任务:历史文献保护和开发利用、基于特色馆藏的优势学科精准化服务、图书馆空间再造。

＂The 13^th Five-Year Development Planning of Nanjing University Library＂ gives a brief review of the achievements of Nanjing University Library in the recent years and, based on an analysis of the situation, it advances the overall goal and the general idea of the Library during the 13^th Five-Year period. It also clarifies the library5s main tasks and measures, including collection development, support and guarantee for teaching and research, information infrastructure construction, library space reconstruction, staff development, and improvement in cooperation, collaboration and communication. Finally, it presents three missions of the Nanjing University Library during the 13^th Five-Year period, namely protection and exploitation of historical documents, precision service for advantaged subjects based on featured collection, and library space reconstruction.
