摘要
利用大口径毛细管柱气相色谱 /电子捕获检测器 (GC/ECD)方法 ,直接进样测定了饮用水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、一溴二氯甲烷、二溴一氯甲烷、三溴甲烷五种挥发性卤代烃。所建立的方法简便、快速、灵敏度高 ,并具有较好的精密度与准确度。当五种卤代烃化合物的质量浓度平均值为 9 0 3~ 2 0 19g/L ,CV为 2 9~ 7 5 ,标准差为 0 3~ 0 9g/L ,样品的加标回收率为 80 %~ 118% ,标准曲线的相关系数为 0 998~0 999。ECD的温度为 35 0℃ ,其最低检测限在 0 1~ 0 7g/L范围内 。
The Volectile CHCl 3,CCl 4,CHBrCl 2,CHBr 2Cl,CHBr 3 in dringking water have been determined by wide bore capillary gas chromatography/eletron capture detector(GC/ECD) with direct aqueous injection method.Tethod in simple?fast and highly sentisive.It has better accuracy and precision.When the average mass concentration of five halohydrocarbons ranged from 9.03 to 20.19g/L,therelative deviations ranged from 5.7 to 9.1,RSD ranged from 2.9 to 7.5.The standard deviations from 0.3 to 0.9 correlation coefficients were 0.998 and 0.999.The detecion limiys from 0.1 to 0.7 g/L and were lower than those in other work the temperature of ECD was 350 ℃.
