摘要
本文对采用类型控制试样法分析高速工具钢的化学成份进行了研究。选取具有代表性的两种牌号的工具钢W9Mo3Cr4V、W6Mo5Cr4V2做为实验材料进行直读光谱分析 ,通过大量的实验数据证明本方法快速、准确、可靠 。
This essay researches the type control sample method to analyze the chemical compontnt of high speed tool steel.Taking two typical series of high speed tool steel specifications,W9Mo3Cr4V and W6Mo5Cr4V2 as experimental materials,we make direct-readout spectral analysis,through a great deal of experimental data,we prove this method quick,precise,reliable and can be used in routine test.
