摘要
随着城市化进程的加快和汽车保有量的增加,停车困难逐步成为普遍存在的社会问题,停车管理有效性与服务水平亟待提升,停车管理智能化需求亦日趋迫切。针对智能停车管理系统,阐述国内外智能停车管理现状,提出城市典型停车场景的智能停车技术方案,并基于全局性和资源整合性考虑进一步提出"停车管理一体化"云服务平台总体架构、各模块角色及功能、参与方职责与分工及系统功能。该平台可充分协调、利用有限的停车资源,实现各参与方高效协同运作,为广大用户提供更好的服务体验。
With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of car,parking gradually become a common social problem,the effectiveness of parking management and service level need to be improved,intelligent parking demand is also increasingly urgent. For intelligent parking management system,the author introduces status of domestic and overseas intelligent parking management, puts forward the intelligent parking solution for typical parking situation in cities,and puts forward the overall structure of the " Parking Management Integration" cloud service platform,the roles and functions of each module,and the responsibilities of the participants and system functions based on the overall situation and resource integration. The platform can be fully coordinated,it uses limited parking resources,to achieve efficient coordination of various participants,it can provide better service experience for all users.
