摘要
《国家新型城镇化规划(2014—2020年)》的发布表明,城镇化是现代化的必由之路,未来的城镇化会在以"人的城镇化"为核心的新理念下有序推进。当前,河北省正处于城镇化转型发展的关键时期,加快推进新型城镇化有利于更好地与京津对接合作,携手打造京津冀世界级城市群;有利于提升河北省城镇综合承载能力和服务水平,聚集更多的先进生产要素,加快经济强省、美丽河北建设进程。
The publication ofNational New Urbanization Plan （2 01 4-20 20 ）indicates that urbanization is the only way to mod-ernization. The future urbanization will be orderly advanced with the concept of ＂urbanization of people”. At present Hebei province is in the crucial period of urbanization transformation,and the acceleration of urbanization will helpto boost its joint cooperation with Beijing and Tianjin,create a world-scale urban agglomeration,promote comprehensive urban carrying capacity and level of service, gather more essential productive factors, and accelerate the process of building a powerful and beautiful Hebei province.
