刍议中医辨证治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床效果

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of TCM Syndrome Differentiation in the Treatment of Diabetes Complicated with Hypertension

目的观察和评价分析中医辩证治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2012年6月—2014年6月该院收治的将64例糖尿病合并高血压患者,随机分成两组,治疗组与对照组各32例,对照组给予西药常规治疗方法,治疗组采用中医辩证治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为93.75%(30/32),对照组为71.88%(23/32),治疗组患者疗效优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病合并高血压患者,采取中医辩证治疗的方式能够有效提升治疗效果。

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes complicated with hypertension. Methods From June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital 64 cases of diabetic patients with hypertension, were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group with 32 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group with TCM treatment, the treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.75%（30/32）, the control group was 71.88%（23/32）, the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with diabetes combined with hypertension, the treatment of TCM dialectical treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect.
