探讨妊娠合并糖尿病的产妇以及胎儿健康的临床治疗研究

To Investigate the Clinical Treatment of Maternal and Fetal Health in Pregnancy Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus

目的总结分析妊娠合并糖尿病的产妇以及胎儿健康临床治疗的方法与价值。方法将符合2013年1月—2015年1月该院妇产科所收治的妊娠合并糖尿病产妇共计60例纳入该次临床研究,通过随机随机表方法分组,其中30例患者为对照组,30例患者为观察组。对照组患者采用妇产科常规治疗,观察组患者采用综合治疗措施。对两组产妇以及分娩胎儿血糖正常、异常情况进行对比观察与分析。结果观察组30例产妇正常率为93.33%(28/30)、胎儿血糖正常率为96.67%(29/30),观察组明显高于对照组,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经临床数据证实,针对妊娠合并糖尿病产妇,可以首先采用纠正饮食的方式对血糖进行控制,在效果不显著后再使用胰岛素静脉滴注给药的方式治疗,在对产妇血糖进行有效控制的同时,确保产妇以及胎儿的健康。

Objective To summarize and analyze the methods and value of maternal and fetal health in pregnancy with diabetes. Methods Will meet January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology from a total of 60 cases of maternal gestational diabetes in the clinical study, by random table grouping method, 30 patients in the control group, 30 patients in the observation group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment, the observation group were treated with comprehensive treatment. Two groups of maternal and fetal blood glucose normal and abnormal situation were observed and analyzed. Results In the observation group, the normal rate of 30 cases of pregnant women was 93.33%（28/30）, the rate of normal fetal blood glucose was 96.67%（29/30）, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, there is significant difference, two groups of data compared to P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Confirmed by clinical data for maternal pregnancy associated with diabetes, can the correct diet way to control blood sugar, the effect is not significant after the use of insulin intravenous infusion treatment mode, in effective control of maternal blood glucose at the same time, ensure maternal and fetal health.
