宁波市基础教育教师职业压力情况的实证研究

A Study on Basic Education Teachers' Occupational Pressure Sources in Ningbo

为了了解宁波市各级各类基础教育教师职业压力现状,在努力提高调查信度与效度的基础上,对574个有效样本进行SAS、SDS等3个量表测试以及数据的相关检验分析,得出如下7个结论:基础教育教师职业有一定的社会地位;自评压力很高,7成以上的教师想过提早退休;中度与重度焦虑者数量超过一般群体常模比例;教师职业高压力者主要分布在45岁以上、城市、初中阶段教师群体中。

The method of cohort stratified random sampling was adopted and Scales of SASSDS and self-design questionnaire were administered to teachers at the level of basic education. By analyzing the data collected from 574 valid samples, we drew 7 conclusions： teaching profession in Ningbo gains fair recognition from society; teachers deem themselves much stressed; 70% or more teachers want to retire earlier; the number of moderate and high anxiety is much more than that of the normal group; the high pressured teachers usually are over 45 years in the city and work in junior middle school.
