Investigation and Analysis of Pilot Team Construction in China

根据实地调查和资料分析,全面梳理我国引航需求和引航员队伍的基本情况,针对引航员数量、技术结构分布、年龄结构分布等方面存在的问题,提出应采取增加引航员数量、增加高级别引航员比例、注重人才储备及降低引航员工作强度等措施,以改善引航员队伍结构,促进引航事业的发展。

According to field survey and data analysis,the basic situation for pilot requirements and pilot team was carded in our country. For the problems of the pilot quantity,technical structure distribution,age structure and distribution,the measures were put forward include in increasing the number of pilot,increasing the proportion of high level pilot,paying attention to talent reserves,reducing the intensity of pilot work,in order to improve pilot team structure,promote the development of the cause of the pilot.
