摘要
通过对我国20所航海类院校的调查,了解航海类院校毕业生船员对航海职业精神的认知度及航海类院校航海职业精神培养的现实状况,总结影响航海类院校航海职业精神培养的因素,为有关教育机构及其教育人员提出建议。
The investigation of 20 maritime universities was analyzed to know the mariners＇ cognition about the navigation professional spirit and the realistic situation of the cultivation in the maritime university. The factors affecting the cultivation of the navigation professional spirit in the maritime universities was summarized,so as to put forward some recommendations for the relevant personnel and educational institutions.
