摘要
针对某型导弹激光电子箱的检测设备定型早,智能化程度低,定位粗糙等问题,根据该型导弹激光电子箱测试需求分析设计了一套基于PXI总线的检测系统,文中重点对检测系统的组成、工作原理、硬件设计与选型、软件平台设计进行说明。该系统以PXI主控计算机为核心,以NI LabWindow/CVI的软件编程技术为开发工具,采用事件驱动与回调函数方式同适配器等硬件相结合共同实现对激光电子箱的检测与故障诊断功能,调试结果表明该激光电子箱检测系统能将故障精确定位到电路板。
According to the problems that the test equipment of the laser electron box of a certain missile has an earlier model,a lower intelligent level and rougher location,a set of detecting system based on PXI with high reliability and accuracy is designed. The compoinet,operating principle,hardware platform and software design are introduced in detail. The system sets PXI host computer as the core,and sets LabWindows/CVI as the development platform. It a achieves the testing and fault diagnosis functions by taking advantage of event driven and callback function combined with the adapted.The results shows that the system can locate the fault to the circuit board precisely.
