摘要
选用2.0 dtex 38 mm规格的Sorona舒弹纤维作为试样,首先对纤维的纵向形态进行电镜观察,同时对纤维的红外光谱及吸放湿性进行分析,得出以下结论:Sorona舒弹纤维纵向表面较光滑,粗细均匀,整体呈螺旋状并带有卷曲;纤维含有亲水基团,其吸(放)湿速率呈指数型趋势变化,回潮率为0.61%,略高于普通涤纶纤维的0.4%。
Choose 2. 0 dtex 38 mm Sorona elastic fiber as experiment sample. Observed the fiber structure by electron microscope, analyzed the fiber groups by infrared spectrum, measured the hygroscopicity and moisture releasability of the fiber. Results showed as follow: Sorona elastic fiber longitudinal surface appearance is smooth, uniform thickness, overall spiraling with curly and containing hydrophilic group, the moisture absorption and moisture release are exponential type trend, moisture regain is 0. 61%, slightly higher than that of ordinary polyester fiber 0. 4%.
