某运营系统信息网络资源管控研究

Analysis on resource management and control of a system information network

本文通过对某运营系统信息网络资源管控已存在问题的分析,结合系统及其信息网络资源管理的特点,本文以ITIL为主要依据,探讨了信息网络资源管控的生命周期管理及系统的阶段性特点,又通过对系统运营管理业务的分析设定目标,明确系统网络资源的定位,并进一步结合ITIL框架中的服务管理中的内容确定系统网络资源的实施与运营管理的具体操作方法;最后给出实施效果评价方法以期系统网络资源的持续改进。

By analyzing the exsiting problems in the resource management and control of a system information network,and combining with the characteristics of system and information source management,the paper takes ITIL as the main basis,and discusses the staged characteristics of life cycle management and information system. After that,the paper continuously sets the target through the analysis of system operation and management,and gives out the clear positioning of system network resources. Based on the aboved,the paper further combines with the ITIL service management framework and determines the content of specific methods of implementation and operation management of system cyber source; finally,the paper researches the evaluation method of implementation effect in order to achieve the consistent improvement of the system cyber source.
