摘要
DDR SDRAM使用双倍数据速率结构,凭借其大容量,高数据传输速率和低成本优势,正在被越来越多地应用于高速数据采集系统中[1]。使用Altera公司的Cyclone FPGA芯片设计实现了DDR控制器的功能,叙述了其设计思想,具有一定的实用价值。
DDR SDRAM uses a double data rate architecture to achieve high-speed operation,with its large capacity,high data transfer rate and low cost,which are increasingly being used in high-speed data acquisition system[1]. By using the Cyclone FPGA device produced by the Altera Company,the function of DDR controller is achieved. The design ideas of a DDR controller are described in detail,and the state transition diagram is also proposed. The research fruits has the certain practical value.
