基于运量结构的铁路干线通过能力计算方法研究

Study on Calculation Method for Carrying Capacity of Main Railway Line Based on Transportation Demand

铁路干线通过能力的确定,是铁路运输部门合理利用线路、通道和路网能力,铁路规划部门合理规划和改造路网的重要依据。针对当前我国铁路干线通过能力缺乏清晰合理定义,且尚未形成统一的干线通过能力的计算方法这一现状,本文从点线能力协调以及干线运输设备和运输任务之间相协调的角度出发,系统地提出铁路干线通过能力的定义,建立干线通过能力的公式和算法,通过算例演示该计算方法的计算过程,表明基于运量结构的干线通过能力是反映整条线路所有设备、人员及运输任务之间的综合协调的结果。

The determination of the carrying capacity of main railway lines is an important basis for railway transportation departments to make reasonable use of the lines passage and the capacity of railway network and for railway planning departments to make reasonable planning and transformation of the railway network.In view of current unclear definition of the carrying capacity of the main railway lines in China and lack of unified calculation method for the carrying capacity of main railway lines,this paper proposed the definition for the capacity from the perspective of the coordination between the stations and lines and the coordination between the facility of the main railway lines and the transportation tasks.By establishing formulas and a calculation method for the capacity of main lines,the calculation process of the method was demonstrated through numerical examples.The results showed that the capacity of the main lines based on the transportation demand reflected the comprehensive coordination relationship between all equipment,personnel and transportation tasks of the whole line,which was the result of the capacity coordination between stations and lines,between stations and between railway sections.
