Study on the Subject of Library Book Donation in the Republic Period of China

民国时期我国图书馆捐赠研究,乃学术界的短板。就图书捐赠主体而言,以藏书家、其他社会各界著名人士及普通民众为代表的私人捐赠和以书局、报社、政府机构、学校、外国机构为代表的团体捐赠,对图书馆馆藏建设起到了积极的推动作用。

The study of library donation was the short board in academia during the Republic Period of Chi-na. In terms of book donation subject, private donation is represented by bibliophile, celebrities in other social circles and ordinary people and group donation by bookstore, newspaper office, government agencies, schools and foreign in-stitutions. Both private donation and group donation have played a positive role in promoting the construction of library collections.
