基于善治视角的我国公共图书馆治理目标及实现途径研究

Study of the Management Goal and Achievement Approach for Public Libraries in the Perspective of Good Governance

本文梳理了近年来关于图书馆治理的研究现状,在基于前期两篇论文研究成果的基础上,从善治角度,分别从制度维度、社会维度、政治维度三个方面阐释了我国公共图书馆治理目标应该重点考虑的因素,重点提出了完善我国公共图书馆治理路径和方法。

The paper teases out the research status of library management in recent years. Based on the re-search results of previous two papers, the paper explains the key factors in the goals of public library governance from the perspective of good governance and in three aspects like the system dimension, social dimension, and political di-mension respectively. Finally, the paper puts forward the key path and method of public library governance.
