在城市基础项目的建设和经营当中,主要是以私营的方式进行的,所以在建设和维护当中会因为政治制度和相关的法律法规影响其经济、信用、建设及运营管理等风险。本文根据国内城市基础设施项目私营现状进行分析,以实例构建私营方风险预警模型图,对达到的效果加以说明。

In the construction and operation of urban infrastructure projects, it is mainly carried out in a private way. Therefore, in the construction and maintenance, the economic, credit, construction and operation management risks will be affected by the political system and related laws and regulations. This paper analyzes the current situation of private operated urban infrastructure project, and builds a private sector risk early warning model, and illustrates the effect achieved.
