边缘化城镇留守儿童问题研究——以安庆市为例

The Research on the Problem of the "Left-behind Children" in Marginalized Towns: Taken Anqing City as an Example

随着我国工业化和城市化进程加快,外出务工成为农村人口劳动力迁移和流动的主要组成部分,留守儿童是劳动力演进过程中出现的社会问题,并引起社会各界的普遍关注。本文通过对安庆市所辖县区的实地走访调查,对边缘化城镇留守儿童现状、存在的问题进行分析,并提出有针对性的政策建议。通过研究发现,边缘化城镇留守儿童是一个特殊的群体,对其投注社会关注和社会干预是帮助他们健康成长的重要方式。

With the accelerating of industrialization and urbanization, the migrate workers have been the main component in labor transfer and flow. The ＂left-behind children＂ have become a social problem in the migrating of labor force and it has attracted great attention. In the article, we made spot investigations and interviews in the counties of Anqing city, and analyzed the status and the problems, and then proposed the corresponding policies and suggestions. Based on the study, we found that the ＂left-behind children＂ in the edge of town is a special group, and the best way to help them grow up smoothly is to give great attention and social intervenes.
