随着大数据、云计算、移动互联网等新一代信息技术的迅猛发展,全新的"互联网+"时代已经到来。国家日益加大对"互联网+"的政策支持力度,也给涉外经济执法部门的检验检疫机构带来了新的机遇和挑战,打造"互联网+检验检疫"新模式势在必行。本文探索了"互联网+检验检疫"新模式的发展目标、基本原则与建设规划,增强了检验检疫工作的前瞻性、主动性和有效性。

With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology such as big data, cloud computing and mobile internet, the new ＂Internet＋＂ era has arrived. Our country increases policy support to ＂Internet＋＂, which also brings new opportunities and challenges to the inspection and quarantine institutions of foreign economic law enforcement agencies. Building new pattern of ＂Internet＋Inspection and quarantine＂is imperative. This paper explores the new pattern of＂Internet＋Inspection and quarantine＂of development goals, basic principles and construction planning, enhances the prospective, initiative and effectiveness of inspection and quarantine work.
