摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,我国的建筑领域也得到了飞速的发展。在我国建筑领域当中,一般都利用砖混结构进行建筑,具有选材方便、施工简单、工期相对较低并且造价低廉的特点,被广泛应用于我国的建筑房屋过程当中。在砖混结构当中大多是利用粘土砖和混合砂浆共同建造的。在对于地震的设计方面,由于本身组成材料和链接方式的特点,导致了房屋的抗震性能相对较差。本文首先对现阶段的砖混建筑结构的现状进行了分析;其次利用实际工程的应用对其技术进行了分析研究。
With the continuous development of China's economy, China's construction has also been rapid development. In China, most buildings are commonly masonry-concrete structure, which has characteristics of convenient material selection, simple construction, short construction period and low cost, and is widely applied in China. Masonry-concrete structure commonly built by clay bricks and mortar mixed. So in the seismic design, due to the characteristics of the material and the link mode, the seismic performance of the housing is relatively poor. This paper first analyzes the present situation of masonry-concrete structure; and then analyzes its technology by the application of practical engineering.
