目前,自助餐厅因其多样性的菜品而受到人们的欢迎。本文主要以百纳瑞汀酒店四季自助百汇为例,分析位于星级酒店内自助餐厅客流量减少的原因,对其存在的问题进行分析,找出解决方法。
At present, the cafeteria is popular with people because of its diversity of dishes. This paper mainly takes the mixed buffet restaurant at Brigh Radiance Hotel as an example, analyzes reasons for the decrease of passenger flow in the cafeteria at the star hotels, and the existing problems so as to find solutions.
