摘要
组织健康是指在开放性动态环境下,组织通过完善管理机制、提升组织绩效、提高员工健康水平、创造社会效益的持续发展状态。一方面它是组织主动承担社会责任的表现,另一方面社会对组织承担责任也有需求。创造社会效益是组织健康的价值体现。
The organizational health refers to sustainable development condition of the organization through the improvement of management mechanism, enhancing organizational performance, improving employee health, and creating social benefits in the open and dynamic environment. On the one hand, it is a performance of the organization to take the initiative to undertake the social responsibility;on the other hand, the society also has requirements for the responsibility of the organization. To create social benefits reflects the value of organizational health.
