摘要
将服务集成商与服务供应商的服务合作价值导入服务供应链分析中,构建了基于服务双方共同努力合作的服务供应链模型,并分析了服务供应链的双方努力水平对契约协调策略的影响。结果表明:服务供应链中服务集成商的努力水平与服务供应商一样,对服务供应链的绩效也有重要影响,且服务双方努力水平越大,服务质量越高,相应服务价格也应越高;服务供应链利润在集中化决策时,服务双方的最优努力水平比值取决于其相对重要程度;收益共享契约无法使得服务供应链在服务双方合作努力下达到协调,但是成本共担的收益共享契约可以使得服务供应链的服务订购量和服务努力水平同时达到协调。
Cooperation is one of important factor in service supply chain across client and provider organizations, and their co-operation value would result in an important impact on the service supply chain and cannot be ignored. This paper constructs the model considering the bilateral efforts and cooperation value on the service supply chain contract coordination management which reflects the general parameters of service supply chain. Based on this,the paper analyzes the influence of the two sides of the service supply chain on the co - ordination strategy.,The analysis result shows that the effort of client plays critical role to the service supply chains coordination,same as service provider's efforts. The more effort provided, the higher service quality and re-quires higher service price accordingly. The optimized eforts provided should be decided by the relative importance between cli-ent and service provider. Income sharing contract cannot coordinate the service supply chain,but effort cost combined with in-come sharing contract can coordinate the service supply chain.
