摘要 在资源分布不均、环境规制日益严格的形势下,电力行业技术效率越来越受到全社会的关注。根据对电力行业技术效率影响因素的分析,首先从定性角度梳理出其技术效率影响因素,其次将系统理论中的解释结构模型(ISM)运用到电力行业技术效率影响因素层次分析中,对影响因素进行划分并找出各因素之间内在关系,最后根据建立的有向图提出相应管理建议。 In today's situation of resources uneven distribution, environmental regulations increasingly stringent. The techni-cal efficiency of the power industry gets more and more attention of the whole society. Based on the analysis of the electric power industry technical efficiency factors, this paper firstly sorts out technical efficiency factors from a qualitative point. Secondly,it applies the ISM of system theory on the power industry technical efficiency factors level analysis and makes a division on factors and find out the intrinsic relationship between the various factors. At last, it puts forward the corresponding management advice according to the final establishment of the directed graph.
